Individual Psychotherapy

Face to face or online, one on one therapy.

 

The duration of your therapeutic process will be based on the modality best suited to your needs. 

 

We should be able to figure that out within the first few sessions.  

Group Psychotherapy

Face to face therapy, but in a group.

 

Groups typically consist of 8 to 12 people who are struggling with similar issues.

 

Some groups are quite structured and follow a set timeline and others are more flexible and process-based. 

Mindfulness Based Groups

8 to 12 people who meet face to face.

 

Groups typically run for 8 weeks, are structured and are focused on helping participants learn how to manage stress, anxiety, depression or recover from addiction through a Mindfulness approach.
